摘要
本文以核心期刊上有关"企业绩效评价"的文献统计,分析了我国企业绩效评价研究的现状,评述其观点,提出了存在的问题和研究的方向,为促进企业绩效评价体系和对其理论性研究有着一定的借鉴作用。
The assessment of company’s performance and the science of different kinds of as- sessment system are the critical research areas.Previous literatures published on four core periodi- cals from have been taken as samples in this paper.The current condition of the study on company’s achievements in our country is statistically analyzed:some relevant ideas are discussed and potential problems and further study directions are pointed out as well in this paper.
