基于Modbus RTU协议实现DCS系统主站通讯与从站通讯 被引量:9

摘要 传统的DCS可以用"集中管理、分散控制"来概括,而目前流行的DCS已经超越了这个范围,其控制站还具备通讯功能用以连接支持各种标准协议的智能设备,基于Modbus RTU协议的JX-300XP DCS作为主站可与S7-200 PLC、网络电力仪表实现无缝连接;同时还作为从站也基于Modbus RTU协议被动接收燃气调压站RTU广播数据;最终实现DCS系统与S7-200 PLC、网络电力仪表及燃气调压站RTU三者的互联互通,实现燃气锅炉系统的全方位监视及控制,运行效果良好,并由此展望未来DCS系统的发展方向。 The traditional DCS can be used ' centralized management and distributed control' to summarize,And popular DCS has gone beyond the scope of this,The control station also has communication function is used to connect the intelligent equipment of all kinds of standard protocols supported. JX- 300 XP DCS as a master station on the Modbus RTU protocol seamlessly connects with S7- 200 PLC and Network power meter; While DCS as a slave station also based on Modbus RTU protocol is connectioned with the gas station RTU; Ultimately DCS system with S7- 200 PLC,Network power meter and gas station RTU interconnected to achieve comprehensive monitoring of gas boiler system,Running well,And looking forward to development direction of DCS system in the future.
