同步脉搏、心电信号的Lyapunov指数和散点图分析

Analysis of the signal of sync pulsewave signal and ECG with the Poincare plots and Lyapunovexponents

摘要 对同步脉搏信号和心电信号进行处理,获取脉搏信号和心电信号的间期序列PR及RR;采用非线性动力学理论与方法,计算非线性特征参数最大Lyapunov指数和散点图的三个参数SD1、SD2及比率SD1/SD2,并进行相关性分析.结果表明,同步脉搏信号和心电信号的非线性指标具有较强的相关性,同步脉搏信号和心电信号具有可替代性. The synchronization pulse and ECG signals are processed to obtain the PR and RR interval sequences from pulse signal and ECG.According to nonlinear dynamics theory and methods, the largest Lyapunov exponents were calculated.By poincaréplot analysis,we analysized the correlation between PR and RR interval sequences and obtained the other three nonlinear characteristic parameters SD1,SD2 and the ratio SD1 /SD2.The results show that the pulse signal and the ECG have a strong correlation and they can be substitute by each other.
