摘要
非发达地区农村青年"恐婚"现象堪忧,对农村生产及社会和谐、个人生活、心态及家庭和谐的影响是多方位的。非发达地区农村"恐婚"现象,既有表象原因,又有深层社会原因,可从改变农村男女性别比例、改善农村生存环境、完善社会保障、优化农村社会管理与组织文化建设、建立健全相关法律法规、社会工作介入等层面予以解决。
The phenomenon of 'fear marriage' on rural youth in less developed areas is worrying,and it affects rural production,the social harmony,personal life,mentality and so on. The phenomenon of 'fear marriage' originates in the surface reasons and deep social reasons. To resolve it,we can change rural sex ratio,improve rural living environment,perfect the social security,optimize the rural social management and construction of organizational culture,establish the relevant laws and regulations,and take the method of the social work intervention.
