摘要
在中小企业的不同发展阶段,驱动其社会责任履行的价值要素存在差异。以因子分析法提取企业社会责任驱动力的重要因子并构建企业社会责任的驱动力模型,再结合我国中小企业的实际情况进行分析,发现:企业价值观驱动为创立期、成长期企业社会责任价值共同的驱动因子;此外,创立期企业社会责任价值驱动因子还有经济利益驱动和利益相关者驱动,而成长期企业社会责任价值驱动因子还有资源环境驱动和政府政策驱动。
Value driving factors of social responsibility vary in different development stages of small and medium-sized enterprises. By using factor analysis to extract important factors of the driving force of corporate social responsibility,we have developed the driving force model and investigated the concrete conditions of the enterprises. The results indicate that the value driving factors of corporate social responsibility are the same in the startup and growth stages. In addition,the factors like economic benefits and stakeholders contribute to the driving force of corporate social responsibility of the enterprises in their startup stage while the ones like resources,environment and government policies do the same in the growth stage.
