摘要
【目的】明确桃果实25℃贮藏的主要贮藏品质变化。【方法】2012年与2013年供试‘锦绣’黄桃树体分别施用常规化肥及15、20与30袋控缓释肥,研究2个年度4种施肥处理桃果实25℃贮藏0 d、4 d和8 d的采后变化。【结果】供试果实25℃贮藏过程中,果肉硬度呈下降趋势,果皮与果肉的A*值呈上升趋势,果皮与果肉的L*值、B*值和Chroma(C*)值的变化较小。4种施肥处理果实的采收品质和25℃耐贮性没有明显区别。【结论】‘锦绣’黄桃25℃贮藏过程中,果皮和果肉的A*值与果肉硬度显著负相关。
【Objective】To reveal storage quality change of peach fruit during storage at 25 ℃.【Methods】Postharvest responses of yellow-flesh peach(cv. Jinxiu) with the application of conventional fertilizer and15,20 and 30 bags of bag-controlled release fertilizer were investigated on 0 d,4 d and 8 d after storageat 25 ℃ in 2012 and 2013,respectively.【Results】Both skin and flesh A* values increased significantly,and flesh firmness value decreased significantly,while L*,B*and Chroma(C*) values of both skin andflesh changed slightly in tested fruit stored at 25 ℃. No significant difference in harvest quality and stor-age potential at 25 ℃ among four fertilizer treatments was observed.【Conclusion】Both skin and flesh A*values were significantly inversely correlated with flesh firmness value during storage at 25 ℃.
