摘要
以高镁磷尾矿为研究对象,在磷尾矿硫酸浸出的基础上,对磷酸氢二铵法制备磷酸铵镁进行试验研究。研究结果表明,在矿浆pH为7.5,反应温度为20℃,反应时间为10min,硫酸镁过量系数1.00条件下,可获得磷酸铵镁产率为74.87%的较好指标。且通过XRD分析表明,所制得产品具有良好的磷酸铵镁晶体结构特征,表明此制备方法具有可行性。
On the basis of sulfuric acid leaching,the magnesium ammonium phosphate was prepared from the phosphate tailings in Guizhou by the method of diammonium phosphate.Experiments results indicated that when pH value was 6.5,reaction temperature was 20℃,reaction time was10 min,and magnesium sulfate excess coefficient was 1.00,aproper index that the yield of magnesium ammonium phosphate was 74.87% could be obtained.XRD analysis showed that the prepared product had good structure characteristics of crystal of ammonium magnesium phosphate,indicating the feasibility of this method.
