摘要 通过凝胶渗透色谱、红外光谱、白度和力学性能分析,研究了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯聚合物(ABS)材料从2012年夏季始12个月内在中国新疆若羌地区典型暖温带大陆性荒漠干旱气候下的自然老化行为。结果表明,在户外曝露1个月后,ABS结构中产生羰基、羟基等含氧基团,相对分子质量降低,表面黄化,材料由韧性破坏转变为脆性破坏。随着曝露时间的延长,白度不断降低,羰基、羟基含量增加,分子链断裂加剧,拉伸强度、冲击强度逐渐减小。曝露12个月后,拉伸强度和冲击强度分别降低了43%和34%。 Aging behavior of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS) resin that has been aged for 12 months since the summer of 2012 in Ruoqiang,China,where the typical weather is dry and hot,was studied by gel permeation chromatography,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,whiteness and mechanical performance measurements.The results demonstrate that after one month of aging,some carbonyl and hydroxyl groups are formed,while the molecular weight decreases and the surface becomes yellow,and the transition from ductile fracture to brittle fracture occurs.With increasing exposure month,the whiteness decreases continually,the concentration of carbonyl and hydroxyl groups increases,the rupture of molecular chain intensifies,and the tensile and impact strength reduce gradually.After 12 months of exposuring,the tensile and impact strength of ABS decline by 43% and 34%,respectively.
