侵袭性曲霉菌感染的诊断方法及临床应用 被引量：7

摘要 近年来由于肿瘤化疗,造血干细胞移植术、实体器官移植术后应用免疫抑制剂及糖皮质激素等药物〔1〕,临床上出现越来越多的免疫力低下的老年病人并使得侵袭性曲霉菌感染的发病率呈上升趋势,免疫力低下的老年病人发生侵袭性曲霉菌感染后的死亡率也一直居高不下。在侵袭性真菌感染中,曲霉菌所导致的感染占了很大的比例,2000~2008年美国一肿瘤中心发生侵袭性曲霉菌感染的比例达58%〔2,3〕。抽样调查显示,
