摘要
人文社科期刊稿件质量的判断是一个复杂而系统的问题,表面看来是学术编辑的审稿问题,实质上是编辑对稿件背后的研究的审查问题。正因此,只有把稿件质量的判断与人文社科研究联系起来,才能够触及问题的本质。可以说,把握住了稿件的基本质量特征和具体判断标准,加上对相关参考因素的考察,人文学术期刊编辑对稿件质量的判断就能逐渐步入自觉、有序的理性轨道。
The evaluation of the quality of the papers in journals of humanities and social sciences is a systematic and complex process, which seems to be a peer reviewing process of the editors themselves, but is in nature a more complex process for the editors to review the relative researches concerning the papers. This is also the reason why the peer review is always closely related to the scientifi c research in order to get the nature of the reviewed article and research. Therefore, if the editors grasp the characteristics of the papers qualities and specifi c criteria standards and at the same time evaluate other relative factors, the review process will be tuned into an autonomous and well-regulated way.
