摘要 近年来,长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)逐渐成为研究热点。其中肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1,MALAT1)在多种肿瘤发生、发展中的作用受到越来越多的关注。MALAT1首先作为重要的预后标志物发现于早期非小细胞肺癌(non-smallcell lung cancer,NSCL)中,其与肺癌细胞转移能力密切相关。由于肿瘤细胞转移为恶性肿瘤的基本生物学特征,是肿瘤复发及致死的主要原因,因此了解MALAT1调节恶性肿瘤转移的机制有助于为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供新的理论指导。本文就MALAT1和肿瘤转移关系的研究进展作一综述。
