摘要
目的:评价我国医疗床位省际分布的公平性变化趋势,为完善资源规划政策和促进健康公平提供依据。方法:采用描述性分析及基尼系数分析1978—2013年我国医疗床位分布公平性及其变化趋势。结果:全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)医疗床位分布的基尼系数均从1978年的0.164降至2013年的0.067。结论:改革开放以来,我国医疗床位省际分布的公平性持续改善,今后应当保持这一趋势,并采取多种方法监测评价卫生资源分布公平性的变化。
Objective:To analyze the provincial distribution equity of medical beds in China so as to provide references on imple-menting resource planning policy and improving health equity.Methods:Descriptive analysis and Gini coefficient were employed toanalyze the distribution equity and the changing trend of medical beds in China from 1978 to 2013.Results:The Gini coefficient ofmedical beds distribution declined from 0.164 in 1978 to 0.067 in 2013.Conclusion:Since the reform and opening-up,the distribu-tion equity of medical beds in China's Mainland has been sustainably improved.This trend should be continued and various methodsshould be utilized to monitor and assess the distribution the changing of health resource equity in China.
