摘要
目的:评价杭州市"十二五"大型医用设备配置规划合理性。方法:从需要理论出发,对照"十二五"规划提出的目标,通过对比"十二五"前后杭州市大型医用设备配置变化,深入分析杭州市"十二五"大型医用设备配置情况。结果:"十二五"大型医用设备配置规划使区域设备配置日趋合理,临床科研需求有效保障,设备共享机制初步形成。结论:应进一步放宽临床科研型MRI配置政策,加大国产大型医用设备扶持力度,加强在用大型医用设备绩效评估。
Objective:To evaluate the rationality of the large medical equipment allocation in the '12th Five-Year Plan' ofHangzhou.Methods:Based on the need theory, according to the objective of the '12th Five-Year Plan', the allocation status ofthe '12th Five-Year Plan' large medical equipments of Hangzhou was deeply analyzed through comparing the allocation changes ofthe '12th Five-Year Plan' large medical equipments in Hangzhou.Results:The allocation plan of '12th Five-Year Plan' forlarge medical equipment made regional equipment allocation became more reasonable, the clinical research demand was effectivelymet, the equipment sharing mechanism was formed in first step.Conclusion:It needed to further relax the allocation policy in MRI ofclinical research, enhance the supporting degree of domestic large medical equipments and improve the performance evaluation for theactive large medical equipments.
