甲醛致运动大鼠肺组织的氧化损伤及刺五加的保护作用

Protective Effects of Oxidative Damage Induced by Formaldehyde in Rat Lung Tissue Motion and Acanthopanax

摘要 目的:探讨甲醛染毒对运动大鼠肺组织的毒性及刺五加的保护作用。方法:采用40只2月龄雄性Wistar大鼠,体重180±10g,随机分为对照组、模型组、刺五加组进行动式染毒,甲醛剂量分别为0.8mg/m3,2.4mg/m3。每天染毒30min,每周6次,连续4周,刺五加的灌胃剂量为104.17mg/kg,测定运动大鼠肺组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活力和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:模型组与对照组相比,高剂量模型组大鼠肺组织CAT、GSH-PX、SOD活性均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),MDA含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。刺五加组与模型组相比,低剂量刺五加组大鼠肺组织CAT、GSH-PX、SOD活性明显高于染毒运动组(P<0.01),MDA含量明显低于染毒运动组(P<0.01)。结论:甲醛可以造成运动大鼠肺组织氧化性损伤,而灌服中药刺五加可以有效缓解其毒性。 Objective:To investigate the protective effect of the toxicity of formaldehyde exposure in rat lung tissue motion and acanthopanax.Methods:40 2-month-old male Wistar rats weighing 180±10g,were randomly divided into control group,model group,acanthopanax group acting exposure,formaldehyde doses were 0.8mg/m3,2.4mg/m3.Exposed daily 30 min,6times a week for 4weeks,the dose administered acanthopanax for 104.17mg/kg,measured movement rat lung tissue superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxide matter enzymes(GSH-Px),catalase(CAT)and malondialdehyde vitality(MDA)content.Results:The model group compared with the control group,the lung tissue of high-dose model group CAT,GSH-PX,SOD activity was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),MDA content was significantly higher(P<0.01).Acanthopanax group compared with the model group,low-dose rat lung tissue acanthopanax group CAT,GSH-PX,SOD activity was significantly higher than the exposure exercise group(P<0.01),MDA content was significantly lower than the exposure exercise group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Formaldehyde can cause lung tissue movement oxidative damage in rats,and fed acanthopanax medicine can effectively alleviate their toxicity.
