摘要
电袋复合除尘器,是一种有机集成静电除尘和过滤除尘两种除尘机理的新型节能高效除尘器。原煤泥电厂原采用静电除尘方式,不能满足环保要求,新的除尘技术综合了电除尘和布袋除尘的收尘优点并有机地结合在一起,先通过前级电场捕集大量粉尘,再通过后级布袋除尘捕集细微粉尘,实现了电除尘和布袋除尘有机结合的构思,是除尘机理和方式上的一项重大创新和突破,满足了环保要求的同时节约一定资金。
Electrostatic Fabric Filter,is an organic integration of electrostatic dust filter dust and dust removal mechanism of two kinds of new energy-efficient dust collector. Raw coal power plants using electrostatic dust mud way,can not meet the requirements of environmental protection,new dust removal technology combines the advantages of ESP and bag collecting dust and organic combination,the first trap a lot of dust electric field through the first level,and then after passing grade trapping fine dust bag filter,ESP and achieve a dust bag combine the idea of a major innovation and breakthrough removal mechanism and on the way to meet the environmental requirements while saving some money.
