摘要
当前,中国网络信息安全面临严峻挑战。在网络信息安全监管领域,中国远远落后于发达国家。本文试从立法、组织机构及制度运行角度对比国外信息网络安全监管先进经验,对中国政府信息网络安全监管法治建设现状及发展进行探讨。
At present,China's network information security is facing serious challenges. In the field of network information security supervision,China lags far behind the developed countries. This article tries from the legislation,organization and operation of the system of information network security supervision of foreign advanced experience,conducts the research to our country government information network construction safety supervision legal status and development.
