摘要
当前人才危机成为制约大学出版社改革与发展的决定性因素之一。大学出版社企业精神的实质是大学出版精神,它是企业精神、出版精神与大学精神的有机统一,是大学出版相异于其他出版的特质所在。大学出版社人才危机的根本原因在于大学出版核心价值观的缺位与偏差以及大学出版精神的缺失。塑造大学出版精神解决人才危机必须用梦想吸引人才,用文化凝聚人才,用精神提升人才。
Brain drain has hindered the development of university presses.Unlike presses of other kinds,the corporate culture of university presses should be a culture of enterprises,publishers and universities.After analyzing the root causes of the brain drain,this paper develops specific approaches:to provide more opportunities for personal fulfillment;to hold together professionals with shared values and to lift the spirit of professionals.
