摘要
本试验选取28日龄统一断奶的新西兰白兔120只,随机分为4组,每组30只,公母各半;对照组饲喂含苜蓿草粉36%的基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组分别饲喂用菊叶粉替代一定比例苜蓿草粉的日粮,替代量分别为12%、24%、36%,以研究菊叶粉对新西兰白兔生长性能的影响。结果显示:对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组日增重分别为27.6g、27.4g、24.1g和24.9g,试验Ⅰ组与对照组日增重相近(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组日增重明显低于对照组(P<0.01);4组料重比分别为3.5、2.7、3.3、3.4,与对照组比较,试验Ⅰ组差异极显著(P<0.01)、试验Ⅱ组差异显著(P<0.05)、试验Ⅲ组差异不显著(P>0.05),分别比对照组饲料消耗降低了22.6%、5.7%、2.9%。表明在新西兰白兔日粮中添加适量的菊叶粉,具有降低料重比、提高饲料转化率的作用,既不影响生长,又能降低饲养成本,提高经济效益,其中以添加12%的菊叶粉组为最佳。
This test was selected 28-day-old 120 New Zealand white rabbits,and were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group 30 rabbits,male and female rabbits was each half.The control group was fed 36% alfalfa meal of the basal diet;test group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ was fed 12%,24%,and 36% of the chrysanthemum leaf powder instead of a certain proportion alfalfa meal diets respectively in order to study the effect of chrysanthemum leaf powder on the production performance of New Zealand white rabbits.The results showed that: the daily gain of the control group,test groupⅠ,groupⅡ,and groupⅢ was 27.6g,27.2g,24.1g and 24.9g respectively;the daily gain of the test groupⅠand control group was similar(P>0.05);the daily gain of test group Ⅱ and test group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01);the feed to gain ration of 4 groups was 3.5,2.7,3.3,and 3.4 respectively;compared to control group,the test group Ⅰwas significantly different(P<0.01);the test groupⅡ was different(P<0.05);the test groupⅢ was not different(P>0.05);compared to the control group,the feed consumption of the test group was reduced 22.6%,5.7%,and 2.9% respectively.It was indicated that adding the right amount of chrysanthemum leaf powder in New Zealand white rabbits diets can reduced the feed to gain ratio and increase feed conversion function.Not only does not affect the growth,but also to reduce the cost of feeding and increase economic benefit.The addition of 12% chrysanthemum leaf powder is the best.
