乌司他丁对多发伤合并严重脑外伤患者白细胞介素-6/10的影响 被引量:2

摘要 严重创伤、大手术等应激刺激可引起机体剧烈的全身炎症反应综合征(SlRS)[1],过于强烈的炎症反应可引起正常组织、器官损伤[2].乌司他丁是一种广谱酶抑制剂,对应激性炎症反应具有明显抑制作用.本研究将从乌司他丁对促炎/抗炎因子的影响来进一步说明其可能产生的抗炎作用.
