摘要
本文运用有限元分析方法对大气压差于真空保鲜抽屉的作用下进行了模拟分析,探讨了真空保鲜抽屉在徽真空工况下的变形模式及机理。通过分析不同结构盒体的变形,优化真空抽屉的结构,为设计提供依据。通过应力应变测试实验,验证了有限元模型的可靠性与真空抽屉的保压效果,并对真空保鲜抽屉进行了保鲜贮藏测试,对其保鲜效果进行了分析。
This paper uses the finite element method to analyze the vacuum fresh-keeping drawer under atmospheric pressuring,and studied the deformation mode and deformation mechanism.We optimize the structure of the vacuum drawer by analyzing the deformation of the different structural schemes,and provide the design suggestions.The reliability of the FEM model is validated by the stress and strain measurement,and the fresh-keeping effect is also studied by the freshness test.
