摘要
地震灾害是我国自然灾害的众灾之首,对震后灾情时空信息进行快速采集并作出紧急应对,是减少灾情损失的关键。本系统基于SuperMap WebGIS网络地图服务,利用智能移动终端进行灾情的快速采集,实现信息采集、管理,并同步上传地震现场一手资料以供应急指挥统一决策。
The earthquake disaster is one of natural disasters in China all the disaster of the first。The rapid acquisition of post earthquake disaster information spatial distribution and emergency response,is the key to reduce disaster losses。This system is based on the network map service,realized the fast collection of disaster by using intelligent mobile terminal。System realizes the information collection,management,and synchronization upload earthquake first-hand information。These can supply emergency command decision use.
