摘要
首先通过一步包覆法将绝缘性的SrTiO3和助烧剂ZBSO的复合物包覆于CaCu3Ti4O12粉体表面,以降低其介电损耗,同时在较低的烧结温度获得致密陶瓷,并进一步比较一次复合包覆与二次包覆的优缺点。通过SEM、XRD、阻抗分析仪分别对复合粉体和陶瓷的表征和分析。研究发现,相比于纯的CaCu3Ti4O12粉体,包覆SrTiO3&ZBSO复合物后的复合粉体表面呈现一层明显的絮状物包覆层。当ZBSO的包覆量为8.0%,陶瓷具有均匀的粒径大小,且致密性良好。相比一步包覆法,两步包覆法获得的包覆结构更明显;在一步包覆法中,CaCu3Ti4O12,SrTiO3和ZBSO发生部分固溶现象,但介电损耗更低。这有利于CCTO材料介电损耗的降低。
In this paper,the composites of insulated SrTiO3 and sintering aids ZBSO was coated on the surface of CaCu3Ti4O12 powders by one-step sol-gel method firstly,to lower the dielectric loss of CaCu3i4O12 ceramics and obtain a dense ceramics at low sintering temperature. Compare one-step coating method with two-step coating method to choose the appropriate method. The composite powders and ceramics were characterized by SEM,XRD and Impedance Analyzer,respectively. Compared with the pure CaCu3Ti4O12 powders,the obvious floccus was existed on the surface of CaCu3Ti4O12 powders after coating the composites of SrTiO3 and ZBSO. When the coating amount of ZBSO was 8. 0%,the ceramics had uniform particles size and a good compactness. Further comparing with the one-step coating method, it was found that the coating structure was more obvious by two-step coating method,while the solid solution among CaCu3Ti4O12,SrTiO3 and ZBSO was formed by one-step coating method,the dielectric loss was lower as well.
