摘要
通过对紧蕾期、吐色期、松蕾期及初绽期4个不同采收时期蜡梅切花瓶插开花率的测定,筛选出最佳采收时间为初绽期。采切初绽期的蜡梅花枝,经过不同时间冷藏后对蜡梅花枝瓶插的鲜质量变化、开花率和萎蔫率等指标进行测定,分析不同冷藏时间对蜡梅切花保鲜效果的影响。结果表明,冷藏对蜡梅切花保鲜效果有所影响,最长冷藏时间以1个月为宜。
We measured the flowering rate of cut Chimonanthus praecox harvested at the tight bud stage,color stage,loose bud stage and initial blossoming stage at the vase time. The optimum harvest time is determined as the initial blossoming stage. Then the cut flowers of C. praecox at the initial blossoming stage were treated for different time of low-temperature storage to study the effect the low-temperature storage on fresh-keeping performance by measuring change of fresh weight,blossoming rate and wilting rate. The results showed that,low temperature affects the fresh-keeping performance of cut C. praecox to certain extent and the longest time of cold storage is about one month.
