摘要
校园文化是培养大学生优秀素质和创新能力的动力机制和重要保障,并可以成为高素质创新型人才培养的有效载体。随着时代的发展,大学生优秀素质和创新能力的培养将成为衡量高等教育质量的一项重要指标。实践证明,良好的校园文化与培育高素质创新型人才之间存在着密不可分的联系,高素质创新型人才的培养同样要在特定的校园文化中来完成。以校园文化建设为载体培养高素质创新型大学生的模式,主要是通过观念文化建设、物质文化建设、制度文化建设等途径来培养。
The campus culture construction is not only the powermechanism and the guarantee condition of the college student's innovation quality cultivation,but also the effective carrier of cultivating high-quality innovative talents. Practice has proved,there is a close relationship between the good campus culture and cultivating high-quality innovative talents. Cultivation of innovative talents is to be done in a particular campus culture. With models of the college student's innovation quality cultivation based on the campus culture construction,mainly through the ideological culture construction,the material culture construction and the institutional culture construction etc.
