摘要
为有针对性地开展病害防治和育种工作,利用菌丝生长抑制法测定了己唑醇等7种杀菌剂对3株镰刀菌的抑菌毒力。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌对3株镰刀菌的抑菌活性最强,EC50最大为0.002 3μg/mL;世苗和己唑醇对12Z-1和12Z-2 2种病菌具有较好的菌丝生长抑制活性,EC50为0.002 5~0.86μg/mL,EC90为11.01~46.48μg/mL,但对12Z-3的抑制活性较低,EC50分别为1.54,12.36μg/mL,EC90分别为1 893.29,1 101.14μg/mL;利用针刺法接种不同甘薯品种,结果表明,烟薯25对12Z-1和12Z-2具有较好的抗耐性,其次分别为栗子香和徐薯18;胜利百号对12Z-3抗耐性好于其他3个品种,其次为烟薯25。
The toxicity of 7 fungicides against three different strains of Fusarium spp.was detected by the meth-od of mycelium growth inhibition for plant disease controlling and breeding .The result showed that ,Bacillus subtilis WP had the best control effect to the three Fusarium spp.with the best EC50 as 0.002 3 μg/mL.Difenoconazole . propiconazole and hexaconazole had better control effect to 12 Z-1 and 12 Z-2 with EC50 between 0 .002 5 μg/mL and 0.86 μg/mL,and EC90 between 11.01 μg/mL and 46.48μg/mL than 12Z-3 with EC50 as 1.54 μg/mL and 12.36 μg/mL,and EC90 as 1 893.29μg/mL and 1 101.14μg/mL respectively.With the needle-sticking method, we found that among the four different sweet potato varieties ,Yanshu 25 was more resistant to 12Z-1 and 12Z-2,and Lizixiang and Xushu 18 were following .Shenglibaihao was more resistant to 12 Z-3 than the other varieties ,and Yan-shu 25 was following .
