摘要
运用实验、问卷、数理统计等多种方法对广东工程职业技术学院和黄河水利职业技术学院的学生人际信任度进行了调查研究,通过实施拓展训练教学,分析了学生的人际信任度在实验前后的差异性。结果表明,拓展训练教学把学生置身于一个复杂的团队环境中,并通过实现团队目标的过程中,促使学生换位思考,相互理解,相互支持,进而提升学生彼此之间的信任度。这也必将为以后学生走上社会,营造一个良好的团队工作环境打下坚实的基础,从而提高工作效率,改善工作质量,为社会创造更大的价值。
The use of experiments, questionnaires, statistics and other methods of Guangdong Vocational and Technical College and the Yellow River Water Conservancy Vocational College student social adjustment was investigated, through the implementation of Outward-Bound of teaching, analysis of the social adjustment of students before and after the experiment differences. The results show that the expansion of the training team teaching to develop students awareness of and stimulate the potential of students, training students will, in turn improve their social adaptability, to meet the growing economic and social needs for high quality talent.
