摘要
大学新生面临一系列适应问题,入学教育在帮助新生适应大学生活方面发挥了重要作用。目前,学校入学教育存在的主要问题是:针对学生特点的个性化教育活动较少;对特殊学生群体适应性教育研究不够深入;对入学教育实效性缺少跟踪评价。新生入学教育是大学生思想政治工作的基础,要以学生为本,从教育主体、内容、形式等方面优化教育策略,提升入学教育实效性。
College freshmen are facing a series of adaptive problems and entrance education plays an important role in helping students adapt to university life. At present,the main problems of entrance education cover such aspects as less flexible activities of individualized education,lacking deep educational research and follow-up evaluation. Entrance education is the basis of ideological and political work for university students,which should reflect students' personal development. Therefore,it is strongly suggested to optimize the educational strategies from the subject,the content and the form of education to achieve the purpose of promoting the effectiveness of entrance education.
