基于理学类本科生特点的就业指导策略 被引量:1

摘要 理学类学生具有学习基本功底扎实但综合能力较弱,思维严谨缜密有耐心但思想不活跃,考研目标较高但职业生涯规划不明确等特点。基于此,应针对不同年级的学生全面开展就业指导,对高年级学生实施导师制重点开展全员育人工作,突出开展专业知识竞赛和专业技能训练,心理咨询与就业指导结合做好毕业生就业调适与辅导,针对学生的不同意愿和情况分类开展就业指导工作,开展校企合作和大力推进创业教育工作,以促进理学本科生就业和提高就业质量。
