摘要
运用LMDI方法对我国二氧化硫排放强度进行分部门分解,得出分析结果:总能源强度和能源结构以及生产部门产业结构与总产出的变化是引起我国SO2排放变化的主要影响因素;我国SO2排放强度存在一定程度的部门差异,两部门SO2排放强度变化的主要影响因素也不完全一致;生产部门9种能源的能源强度变化均对减少SO2排放起到了积极作用,而生活部门有3种能源的能源强度的变化引起了排放强度增加,针对不同部门和不同领域建议制定和实施灵活的减排政策。
Based on a decomposition analysis method( LMDI method),the SO2emission intensity of China are studied by sectors. The decomposition models of indexes of energy intensity,energy structure,industrial structure,industrial output and resident income are built respectively. Moreover,on the basis of above models,the SO2emission intensity changes of production department and life department from 2005 to 2010 are empirically analyzed. The results of the research show that: the changes of total energy intensity,total energy structure,industrial structure and industrial output have played a significant role in changing the SO2emissions intensity; the SO2emission intensity and the main factors that influence it are both different in these two departments; the changes of nine industrial energy intensities in production department have caused SO2emission declining,while the changes of three residents' energy intensity in life department have caused SO2emission increasing. In addition,the energy structure changes of two departments have the opposite influences to the SO2emission intensity. Therefore,it is suggested that flexible emission reduction policies should be made and carried out according to actual situations of different departments in China.
