摘要
为了提高面雨量预报的实时性和地域特征的准确性,该研究依据DEM数据,采用GIS技术对云南省6条主要河流进行流域及子流域划分;同时建立适宜云南省的面雨量计算模型,以ArcObject为框架,构建了基于GIS的云南省流域面雨量预报监测系统。系统调用云南省气象数据库和WRF数值预报模式数据,并识别气象数据的流域归属,分别进行分析和计算,实现面雨量的实时预报、实况监测、区划、分级渲染、以及专题图输出显示等系列功能。该系统部署后可每天定时进行面雨量预报、并发布专题图片,为各级政府组织防汛抗洪以及水库调度提供重要的决策依据。
In order to improve the real-time of area rainfall forecast and the accuracy of regional character, the study first extracted watersheds of six rivers in Yunnan Province through DEM and builded the suitable model to calculat area rainfall.Then, according to the sub-watersheds, a Area Rainfall Forecast System of Yunnan Province was constructed. The system re-alization of area rainfall forecast and real rainfall model calculating, rendering analyze and product display which called the meteorological database and WRF(Weather Research and Forecast Model)numerical prediction. The thematic maps of area rainfall forecast and real rainfall which made everyday in fixed time could provide the efficient information services for government decision included flood control and reservoir operation.
