铝与镀锌钢板熔钎焊界面中Fe_2Al_5Zn_(0.4)的性能与形成 被引量:3

Performance of Fe_2Al_5Zn_(0.4) in Interface of Aluminum and Galvanized Steel Welding-Brazing and Its Formation

摘要 采用脉冲旁路耦合电弧MIG熔钎焊方法将ER5356铝合金焊丝在镀锌钢板上进行平板堆焊实验,利用SEM,EDS,EPXMA,XRD等测试手段对铝-钢连接界面进行分析,确定有Fe2Al5Zn0.4金属间化合物生成。比较含有Fe2Al5Zn0.4金属间化合物层与FeAl3、Fe2Al5金属间化合物的维氏硬度,初步确定Fe2Al5Zn0.4为非脆性金属间化合物。在测试结果的基础上对Fe2Al5Zn0.4金属间化合物的形成机理进行探讨,提出Fe2Al5Zn0.4金属间化合物是Zn通过扩散进入Al-Fe金属间化合物中形成的。研究表明,在铝-镀锌钢板熔钎焊接头形成过程中,Zn不仅对铝-钢界面润湿起重要作用,同时参与了金属间化合物形成的冶金反应。 Plate stack welding of aluminium alloy welding wire on the galvanized steel was done by Pulsed DE-GMAW.SEM,EDS,EPXMA,XRD,etc.were used to analyze aluminium-steel welding joint and its interface,in order to make sure that there was Fe2Al5Zn0.4 intermetallic compound to generate.Fe2Al5Zn0.4 was preliminarily ascertained non-brittle intermetallic compound by comparing Vickers hardness of Fe2Al5Zn0.4 intermetallic compound layer and FeAl3,Fe2Al5 intermetallic compound.Further,the formation mechanism of Fe2Al5Zn0.4 intermetallic compound was discussed on the basis of the test results.The formation process of Fe2Al5Zn0.4 intermetallic compound that Zn diffuses into Al-Fe intermetallic compound and combines with it is put forward.The researches show that Zn plays an important role in wetting of aluminum-steel interface,and involves in metallurgy reaction of intermetallic compound formation.
