摘要
目的探讨及评价激励式护理干预对呼吸机辅助呼吸中康复患者日常生活活动能力恢复的作用。方法选择在本院就诊的呼吸机辅助呼吸患者58例,随机分为激励式护理干预组(实验组29例)和对照组(29例),对照组仅常规专业护理;实验组在常规专业护理的基础过程中实施激励式护理干预,分别对两组患者护理干预前及护理干预后3个月后的日常生活活动活动能力进行评价。结果评价结果显示:观察组总满意率为72.00%明显高于对照组总满意率44.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论激励式护理干预对呼吸机辅助呼吸康复期患者日常活动能力的恢复具有积极的作用,值得开展应用。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the inspired nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with ventilator assisted breathing in the recovery of activities of daily living. Methods in our hospital ventilator assisted breathing patients were randomly divided into 58 cases,encouraging nursing intervention group (experimental group 29 cases) and control group (29 cases),control group only received routine nursing;in the experimental group received routine nursing basis in the course of the implementation of encouraging nursing intervention,respectively for the two groups of patients nursing intervention before and after nursing intervention,3 months after the activities of daily living activity ability evaluation. Results the observation group evaluation results showed that the total satisfaction rate of 72% was significantly higher than the control group in total satisfaction rate of 44%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion the inspired nursing intervention to the respirator patients in rehabilitation period of ADL recovery has a positive effect, it is worth carrying out application.
