摘要
目的:探讨整体护理对鼻内镜手术患者术后鼻腔粘膜恢复的影响。方法:以我院耳鼻喉科2011年12月—2012年12月所收治的80例鼻内镜手术患者为研究对象,将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者术后给予常规护理,观察组患者在在常规护理基础上给予整体护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者术后鼻腔出血量明显少于对照组,p<0.05。结论:对行鼻内镜手术患者给予整体护理,有助于患者的鼻腔粘膜恢复,值得临床推广。
@@@@To dicuss the value of integral nursing for recovery of nasal mucosa of ednoscopic sinus surgery patients. Methods: Choosed 80 patients received ednoscopic sinus surgery from Dec. 2011 to Dec. 2012 to divide into study group and controlled group. Controlled group were treated with common nursing, and study group were treated with integral nursing baesd on common nursing. Compared the nursing effect. Results: The nasal haemorrhage amount in study group were less than controlled group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The methods of integral nursing for recovery of nasal mucosa of ednoscopic sinus surgery patients could receive good effect and let nasal mucosa recover more quickly to extend in clinic.
