摘要
目的探讨食管癌术后早期肠内、外配合营养的临床价值。方法选取2005年1月~2013年1月收治的食管癌根治术患者400例为研究对象,分为早期肠内、外混合营养组(观察组)和早期全肠外静脉营养组(对照组),通过对比患者术后恢复情况、营养支持费用、血液检测指标,对两组营养方式进行比较。结果观察组较对照组患者肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气时间明显缩短,体重、人血白蛋白值术后第8天、第14天观察组明显高于对照组(P】0.05);观察组营养支持费用明显减少(P【0.05)。结论食管癌术后早期肠内、外混合营养支持能更好保证患者营养,降低治疗费用,改善机体营养状况,促进患者的康复。
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical value of early enteral and parenteral nutrition for postoperative esophageal carcinoma patients.Methods Clinical data from 400 patients who underwent radical transthoracic esophagectomy from Jun 2005 to Jun 2013 in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, GuangYuan First People's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into early enteral and parenteral mixed nutrition group(observation group), and early total parenteral nutrition group(control group), the comparison of the two groups were analyzed through the postoperative recovery, the costs of nutritional support, the test of blood indicators.Results The observation group was significantly shorter than the control group in peristaltic sound recovery time and the anorectum exhaust time. the observation group was significantly higher than the control group in weight and human albumin at days 8 and 14 after operations(P>0.05), the observation group was significantly reduced in the costs of nutritional support.Conclusion The early enteral and parenteral mixed nutrition for postoperative esophageal carcinoma patients can better ensure patient nutrition, reduce treatment costs, improve the status of nutritional and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
