摘要
目的对2例尿毒症患者并发重度口腔溃疡的护理体会进行分析。方法随机抽取在我科收治的2例尿毒症并发4度重度口腔溃疡患者,采用l%利多卡因对溃疡表面麻醉后用奥兰洁含漱液进行溃疡表面清洁,再使用维生素E直接涂于溃疡表面,利用济安舒能喷剂保护溃疡黏膜的护理方法治疗。结果经治疗并配合相应的护理方案,2例患者的病情均有所缓解,在维生素E的辅助恢复下,口腔部位的溃烂面也有明显改善,其进食过程中的疼痛程度也有减轻。结论口腔溃疡病情观察、预防口腔溃疡的护理对尿毒症并发4度重度口腔溃疡患者有着重要作用。
Objective In 2 cases of uremia patients complicated with severe oral ulcer nursing experiencea nalysis. Methods In 2 patients with uremia were randomly selected in our hospital from 4 patients with severe oral ulcer, using l% lidocaine on ulcer surface cleaning,cleaninggargle ulcer surface anesthesia,then the use of vitamin E directly applied to the ulcer surface, using JiAnShuNeng nursing methods in the treatment of ulcermucosa protection spray. Results The treatment and nursing plan accordingly, 2 cases of patients were relieved, in aid of vitamin E recovery, ulcerated surface oral part is obviously improved, the degree of pain during the eating less. Conclusion Plays an important role in oral ulcer nursing observation, prevention of oralulcer in uremia complicated with 4 degrees of severe oral ulcer patients.
