摘要
融合教育理念倡导建构无障碍的校园环境,强调营造安全的校园、平等的校园、温馨的校园、法治的校园。校园整体环境的无障碍应包括有形的物理环境与无形的心理环境、学习环境、社会环境的无障碍。且将无障碍环境的理念及视野扩大,对象也由特定少数有障碍的学生扩大到占大多数的有特殊需求的学生。因此校园无障碍环境是学校应提供给有特殊需求学生的可及、可用的环境设施以及接纳的人文教育氛围。
The concept of inclusive education proposes constructing the barrier-free campus environment,and emphasizes building up secure,equal,pleasant and lawful campuses.Barrier-free campuses should include tangible physical environment and invisible psychological environment,learning environment and social environment.The concept and view should be expanded to include not only the few handicapped students but the majority with special needs as well.Therefore,the barrier-free campus environment is attainable,available environment facilities and admissible humanistic education atmosphere that the college provides for the students with special needs.
