摘要
高校图书馆对社会开放是时代的呼唤和社会的选择,由于受到经费、馆藏结构、意识水平、基础设施、地域局限等因素的制约,尚未普遍实现。选择分阶段开放模式,克服经费问题,调整定位,练好内功,以及解决区域局限问题是搞好图书馆对社会开放的必由之路。
College library opening-up to the society is the call of the times and the selection of the society.Constrained by funds,book-collection structure,recognition level,infrastructure,regional limitation,college library opening-up to the society has not yet been implemented.The only way to get college library opened up to the society is by selecting phased opening-up model,overcoming the funding problem,adjusting positioning,strengthening internal strength and working out regional limitation.
