摘要
当前实验教学和课程实验是本科高校教改的一个亟待解决的问题。本文从传统教学模式的不足出发,分析其存在的合理性及解决的出路,通过合作式教学和案例加任务驱动的教改经验,特别是ERP综合实验和沙盘模拟教学的使用,改变了本科高校的重理论轻实验的传统格局,为今后管理类学科的实践教学发展提供了方向。
The present experimental teaching and curriculum experiment are an urgent issue of undergraduate colleges and universities reform. On the basis of the inadequacy of traditional teaching model,this paper analyzes the reasonableness of its existence and the way to solve. Through the cooperative teaching and case plus task-driven reform experience,especially the usage of ERP comprehensive experiment and simulated sand table teaching,undergraduate colleges and universities should change the traditional patterns of attaching more importance to theories but less to test to provide the direction for the practical teaching development of management disciplines.
