摘要
结合产品保证方案制定的特征,将产品寿命周期分为产品投放市场前时期、产品投放市场时期及产品投放市场后时期。在此基础上,对三个不同时期的产品保证目标、产品保证主要工作及其它部门与产品保证相关的工作进行了系统探讨,有助于企业产品保证工作的顺利开展、完善和提高。
The product life cycle is divided into three periods in connection with the characteristics of formulating product warranty, i.e. product pre-launch period, product launch period and product after-launch period. The systematic discussion on product warranty objects, product warranty activities and those relating to product warranty will be helpful to enterprises in carrying out and improve the product warranty activities smoothly.
