摘要
本研究第一阶段:以实验组与对照组相比较,评估家庭防治模式对慢性精神病照料者生活质量及疾病家庭负担的影响。第二阶段:对照组转为实验组,进行自身前后对照研究。结果显示:第一阶段,实验组的疾病家庭负担明显轻于对照组、照料者生存幸福感明显优于对照组;第二阶段,实验组二组自身对照研究。结果显示:①疾病家庭负担明显减轻;②照料者生存幸福感明显提高。本研究表明慢性精神病的家庭防治模式可以提高照料者的生活质量,降低疾病家庭负担,值得进一步探索推广。
Methods The study was divided into two stages. The first stage: According to inclusion criteria, 200 patients were assigned to the experimental group (family prevention intervention group). By matching principles of age, gender, place of residence, diagnosis, and course of disease, 236 patients from the community were assigned to the comparison group. The authors assessed the two groups with the self-measurement form, FBS and WHOQOL-BREF. Then they assessed the caregivers’ quality of life and family burden of family management model on treating chronic mental patients. The second stage: the authors turned the comparison group as the experimental group and treated for one year. Then they assessed them before the intervention, five month and ten months later, with those forms. The results show: The first stage: The experimental group was better than the comparison group in caregivers’ living happiness (P<0.01). The burden of disease of experimental group was lighter than the comparison group (P<0.01). The second stage: the authors assessed the second experimental group before the intervention, five month and ten months later. Results ① The burden of disease was significantly reduced (P<0.01). ② The caregivers living happiness significantly improved (P<0.01). This study demonstrated that the family management model could reduce the burden of disease, improve the quality of life of caregivers and it was worthy of further exploration and promotion.
