摘要
随着我国残疾人事业的发展,对残疾人文化的理论自觉迫在眉睫,这也是开展残疾人文化建设工作的前提。本文认为,残疾人文化是对于整个人类所普遍经历的健康受损的磨难的解读,残疾人文化不仅与残疾人有关,也是面向健全人的文化表现形态。残疾人文化是残疾人群体社会生活的映照,也是健全人文明程度的体现,更是彰显社会进步的重要指标。残疾人文化建设应该完成两个目标:一是为更多的残疾人提供基本、均等的文化服务;二是实现健全人与残疾人的水乳交融,让残疾人平等参与社会公共生活,实现人生价值。
With the development of the cause of disabled, the most crucial premise of culture for the disabled construction in China is a clear answer about its theory consciousness. Culture for the disabled is not only concerned about the disabled people, but also the normal ones. It interprets the physical damages suffered by the whole human beings and reflects the social life of the disabled people. Besides, it’s an important norm representing social progress. Two goals should be established: providing basic and equal cultural service to the disabled people and ensuring that they can participate in the social life and achieve self-fulfillment.
