摘要
本研究以广东交通职业技术学院学生为研究对象,采用《高职生群体认同问卷》、《自尊量表》、《高职生学校认同感以及影响因素调查问卷》对高职生群体认同状况及其相关因素进行研究。结果显示:高职生群体认同的平均分达到10.8527,其中,群体自尊维度的平均数为3.7153,自我分类的平均分为3.6277,群体依恋的平均分为3.5097。高职生群体认同和三个维度的平均分均显著大于中点,这说明高职生群体认同的总体状况良好。在对高职生群体认同与自尊、学校认同等因素进行研究后发现,高职生群体认同与其自尊水平、学校认同感、一般校园环境、学习学术氛围、学校社会声望、校园人际关系变量间均存在显著正相关。
In this study, the students of Guangdong Communication Polytechnic were taken as the objects to study the situation and influencing factors of vocational college students' group identity by using the questionnaire of vocational college students' group identity, self-esteem scale and questionnaire of vocational college students' school identity and the influencing factors. The results showed that the average score of group identity was 10.8527. The average scores for group esteem, self-categorization and attachment were 3.7153, 3.6277 and 3.5097 respectively. The average scores of group identity and its aspects were significantly higher than the middle, which indicated the overall condition of vocational college students' group identity was good. In the study of the influencing factors of group identity, it had been found that the vocational college students' group identity had significant positive correlations with self-esteem level, school identity, general campus environment, study and academic atmosphere, social popularity of school, and campus interpersonal relationship.
