摘要
东亚国际体系转型与中国崛起是影响21世纪亚太地区国际关系的两个重要变量。东亚国际体系转型与中国崛起是互动中的建构关系:一方面,东亚国际体系转型为中国崛起既带来历史机遇,又带来严峻挑战;另一方面,中国崛起正在从国家间关系,以及国际体系的权力结构、制度结构、观念结构等方面,推动着东亚国际体系的变革。
International system transformation in East Asia and China's rise are two important variables that have an effect on the Asia Pacific region relationship in the 21st century.International system transformation in East Asia and China's rise are in some kind of constructional interaction relationship.On the one hand,the international system transformation in East Asia presents both opportunities and challenges to China's rise.On the other hand,China's rise is becoming an important driving force for the reform of the international system transformation in East Asia,changing it in the perspective of the interstate relationship,the power structure,institutional structure and conceptional structure.
