摘要
为了研究海兰褐蛋鸡的先天性免疫机制,根据已报道的鸡的9种Toll样受体(TLR)和其他动物(人、小鼠和猪)TLR9的基因序列,设计特异性引物,从海兰褐蛋鸡体内扩增出11个鸡Toll样受体部分基因片段,与GenBank登录的序列进行比对和分析,同源率达99%以上。同时也证实鸡体内不存在TLR9,但是存在TLR21。
To study the innate immunity of the Hyline Brown hens,14 pairs of specific primers were designed to specifically amplify 9 Toll-like receptor(TLR) genes of chickens and 3 Toll-like 9 receptor gene of human,mouse and pig.A total of 11 chicken TLR genes were amplified and compared with those available in the GenBank.The homology percentage of chicken TLRs was more than 99%.However,TLR21 was present in chickens but TLR9 was absent.
