摘要
应用型人才培养是新时期对我国高等教育提出的新要求.本文结合新建地方本科院校的实际,剖析了应用型人才培养模式和大学生自我发展的现状,并提出了促进当代大学生自我发展的有效对策.
Training applied talents is the new requirement of Chinese higher education in the new era. In the present work,according to the actual conditions of newly- established local colleges and universities,the training modes of applied talents and the self- development of college students were analyzed,and effective countermeasures were put forward to enhance the self- development of college students.
