无资料地区中小流域设计洪水计算具有重要的现实意义和研究价值。介绍了美国法和改进美国法的理论基础以及改进美国法在实际工程中的应用。经检验,改进美国法的设计成果基本合理,可用于指导实际工程。
The design flood in the middle and small basins has important realistic meaning and great value for study.This article mainly introduced the theory of American-Method and Improved-American-Method.Then introduced the application of Improved-American-Method in engineering.The article inspected the result of Improved-American-Method is equitable and can be used to guide practical engineering.
