摘要 本文对兴仁换流站500kV 572交流滤波器断路器断开故障这一事件进行了分析和研究。通过解体发现断路器动静触头击穿,动静触指变形以及均压铜罩铆钉脱落等情况,找到了事故原因和解决方案。本案例可为设备监造、现场检修和运行维护人员提供借鉴。 This paper makes an analysis and research for the event that 500kV 572AC filter circuit breaker unsuccessful switch off in Xinren converter station.After disassembly of the fault circuit breaker,some faults were found that the moving contact and break-back contact did dielectric puncture,that break-back contact of fingers did subsequent distortion,and that rivets on the equalizing copper shield did shed.According to the study of above,the reason and solution of this incident were taken in this thesis.It hopes to provide a reference to user and operators.
