摘要
随着人口老龄化的加剧和居民预期寿命的增加,骨质疏松症以其高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率严重影响着社区居民的生命健康,逐渐成为一个公共卫生问题。早期筛查可以发现骨质疏松症高危人群,实现早诊断、早治疗,以达到预防并减少骨质疏松症及其相关性骨折发生的目的。本文主要阐述了骨质疏松症社区筛查的必要性、筛查技术研究进展及积极推进其在社区应用的建议。
With the increase of aging population and residents′life expectancy,osteoporosis,affecting the life and health of community residents for its high incidence,morbidity,mortality,is becoming a public health problem.Early screening can find high risk group of osteoporosis to realize early diagnosis and treatment to achieve the goal of prevention and decrease of osteoporosis and related fractures.This paper reviews the necessity of community osteoporosis screening,progress in screening technology and some recommendations in promotion of community applications.
