东北地区热负荷对风电消纳影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 "三北"地区电网以煤电为主,且热电机组比重较大,而调节性能好的水电电源则严重缺乏。随着负荷峰谷差和风电并网容量的加大,冬季时水电机组的枯水期、热电机组的供暖期、风电机组的大发期以及风电的反调峰特性相互叠加,导致系统调峰非常困难、弃风现象时有发生。论文首先对煤电机组中的纯凝机组和热电机组分别建模,然后构建一种电负荷由全网机组平衡、热负荷由各热电厂就地平衡,且对风电弃风进行惩罚的节能调度模型,提出了一种根据优化结果计算电网最大风电消纳能力的方法,并分析了热负荷对电网风电消纳能力的影响。实例计算表明:本文调度模型能增加系统风电消纳能力,具有较好的节能效果,而且热负荷与电网风电消纳能力呈现负相关的特性。 "Three North" regional power grid is mainly coal-fired electricity, and a larger proportion of thermal power generating units, while good hydroelectric power is a serious lack of regulation performance.With the peak load and wind power and increase network capacity,Superposition of hydropower units of the dry season, the thermoelectric units of heating period, the wind turbine Daihatsu period and the anti peaking characteristics of the wind power in the winter,Lead to the system peaking very difficult, abandoned wind phenomena have occurred.Firstly modeled separately the pure condensing units and cogeneration units in the coal units,And then build an electrical load balanced by the crew of the whole network, the heat load by the thermal power plants in place to balance,And the abandoned wind wind power energy saving punish scheduling model,Power grid wind power assimilative capacity calculated according to the optimization results and analysis of the impact of the heat load on the grid assimilative capacity.Example indicates:This article scheduling model can increase the ability of the system of wind power consumptive, and has a good energy saving effect.
