摘要
大学生心理健康教育的体系是学校开展大学生心理健康教育的重要方面。构建科学合理的大学生心理健康教育体系,对于提高大学生的心理健康品质具有举足轻重的作用。文章从心理健康教育的目标体系、心理健康教育的课程体系、心理健康教育的内容体系和心理健康教育的方法体系等四个方面,阐释了一些改革思路和解决方案,以提高大学生心理健康教育的有效性。
The mental health education of college students is an important aspect of the system of school mental health education of college students. The construction of scientific and reasonable college students' psychological health education system plays a decisive role in improving the quality of college students’ mental health. This article from the four aspects of mental health education and mental health education target system, mental health education curriculum system, content system and method system of mental health education, to interpret some reform ideas and solutions, in order to improve the college students' psychological health education effectiveness.
